Sunny skies camp readies for new season

Since 1974 Sunny Skies has provided traditional outdoor summer day camp experiences for children ages 4 to 14. Located in Agoura on a 23-acre ranch, Sunny Skies offers swimming, canoeing, crafts, fishing, archery, horseback riding, team sports, theme days, sleepouts and more.

Sunny Skies provides safe and convenient transportation for camp families using air-conditioned, seatbelt-equipped buses with professional bus drivers. Camp staff rides on board to lead songs and play games en route.

Camp sessions are June 27 through Aug. 26. Two- through five-day-a-week combinations are available. Camp groups fill quickly and enrollment is limited.

Parents interested in learning more and meeting the staff may attend an open house from 11 am. to 3 p.m. on Sun., March 20 or Sun., April 17. For more information, call (818) 889-8383. Sunny Skies is accredited by the American Camping Association.
