Lee & Associates honors top brokers

Top honors went to Brett Warner, veteran broker-principal, and associate, Randall Kobata, in recognition of their remarkable sales achievements in 2004 on behalf of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, Inc.

Both agents received crystal trophy cups from Mike Tingus, the brokerage’s managing principal and president during the awards ceremony and celebration held Feb. 17 at Fins Restaurant in Calabasas.

Rookie of the Year honors went to associate Spencer Strull. The brokerage serves the North Los Angeles region encompassing the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Conejo Valleys from its Sherman Oaks headquarters and additional Calabasas office.
