Year of the Rooster  STEPHANIE BERTHOLDO/Acorn Newspapers CELEBRATING CHINA-First-grade students in Sandy Hirano's class at Brookside Elementary School in Oak Park visit Chinatown the day after the Chinese New Year. The students toured a temple, tea house, grocery store, monuments, and ate a full course Chinese lunch as part of their studies about Chinese culture.
