She has also supported our schools in an effective manner. The accessibility to natural land and education are the two reasons most people move to Calabasas, and Lesley Devine has a grasp of the big picture. She was instrumental in acquiring the land for the civic center for a fraction of its value and securing a grant for building the library, saving the citizens of Calabasas millions of dollars in construction costs.
