Says Maurer is ‘not afraid of change’

It is always a welcome event to have the opportunity to vote for one’s elected representatives, and even more so when there needs to be a real change in leadership.

It is with much enthusiasm that I will be voting in the upcoming election for Mary Sue Maurer for city of Calabasas council member and urging others to do so as well. I have known Mary Sue for quite a number of years. She has always been a dedicated, hard-working and well-informed private citizen—the very qualities that will serve her well as a public servant. She is not afraid of change; she’s willing to listen to all sides of a given issue; she’s willing to work hard to execute ideas and proposals, and she believes in this city.

The election is a great opportunity to bring some much-needed fresh air, creative thinking and maturity into the city of Calabasas council chambers. It’s time for a change in leadership. I urge you to vote for Mary Sue Maurer for city council.
