Parents and district will meet to talk

As part of its outreach effort to the community, the Las Virgenes Unified School District will begin sponsoring monthly discussion forums for the public.

Attendees will be able to raise issues of concern and talk to district senior management. Interim Superintendent Donald Zimring will host the Monday meetings, which will be held at various school sites from 7:30 to 9 p.m.

Upcoming Superintendent Forums are as follows: Feb. 7 at Lindero Canyon; March 14 at A.E. Wright; April 4 at Sumac; May 2 at Lupin and June 6 at Willow.
