Reader proud of Iraqis for voting, encourages same at home Reader proud of Iraqis for voting, encourages same at home Concerning the vote in Iraq and those U.S. citizens who did not vote in our recent U.S. election: I hope the many Americans sitting on their couches who watched the bravery and fortitude of the Iraqi citizens who took their lives in their hands to go out and vote feel a little bit uneasy for not doing their share in November’s presidential election.
