Bush leaves pro-abortionists little choice Bush leaves pro-abortionists little choice President Bush recently participated in an anti-abortion rally in Washington, D.C. and continued his call to reduce the number of abortions by reducing access to and limiting the legality of abortion. The facts show that the policies of the Bush Administration are not matching his rhetoric. As a comparison, the Clinton administration, which supported funding for family planning, saw the nation’s abortion rate fall by one-quarter between 1990 and 1995 and by another 11percent between 1995 and 2000.
