Westlake Village building sells

for $6.5 million

for $6.5 million

A Class-A two-story office building occupying a four-acre site in Westlake Village has been acquired by a local investor, Toth Properties of Westlake Village, for $6.5 million, according to Tony Principe, president of Westlake Village-based Westcord, who represented both Toth and the seller, Helen Williams of Santa Barbara.

The 40,000-square-foot office building is at 5716 Corsa Ave. and is 75 percent occupied. The new owner plans to initiate key cosmetic upgrades.
