Class at temple to explore contemporary issues

Temple Beth Haverim will present an eight-week class, "Lunch and Learn with Rabbi Johnson," from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursdays, Jan. 13 through March 3 at the temple, 29900 Ladyface Court, Agoura Hills. Topics to be discussed include Jewish medical ethics, Israel, the ethics of war, Tse-dakah, welfare state, separation of Shul and state, anti-Semitism, interfaith relations and current events.

The suggested donation of $10 includes a kosher dairy lunch.
