Graduates and dignitaries met last Friday afternoon at Born Learners School, 28348 Agoura Road, to celebrate the private school’s 25th anniversary.

Owner Beatrice Elliot welcomed former attendees, some of them now adults, who attended the preschool from 1979 to the present. Local VIPs participated, including state Assemblywoman Fran Pavley (D-Woodland Hills), Mayor Dan Kuperberg of Agoura Hills and Alex Soteras, president of the Agoura/Oak Park/Las Virgenes Chamber of Commerce.

Born Learners, under Elliot’s leadership, has emphasized positive thinking among the students and a curriculum that teaches independent, creative thinking.
