Seniors learn to drive defensively

The city of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services Senior Recreation Program will offer a "Mature Drivers’ Course," a defensive driving course designed to brush up the skills of drivers age 55 and above, from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Tues., Sept. 14 at the Agoura Hills Recreation Center, 30610 Thousand Oaks Blvd.

Participants must attend the entire day in order to receive credit for the course, which may help reduce auto insurance rates.

The class fee is $12 for Senior Center registrants or $14 for non-registrants.
