OPHS student to attend leadership conference  Brittany Benavides
Brittany Benavides, a junior at Oak Park High School, has been selected to attend the 2004 Hispanic Youth Leadership Conference in Sacramento for a week in July. The summer conference focuses on enhancing the academic preparation of Cali-fornia’s students and includes a series of interactive seminars and on-site learning opportunities in Sacramento. Benavides will be one of about 140 students from around the state to attend the conference, which will be held at Cal State University Sacramento. |
