Two offices leased at Corsa Center

Westlake Village-based Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services has announced completion of two office leases at Corsa Business Center in Westlake Village.

Residential lender Five-O Consulting has leased 6,000 square feet of space in the three-story 40,000- square-foot office building at 5716 Corsa Ave. Consideration was about $1 million.

Commercial lender Chris Farra has leased 3,450 square feet of space at Corsa Business Center for a five-year term. Lease consideration was $500,000.

Tony Principe, executive vice president of Westcord, represented both parties in each transaction.
