Deborah Gallant of Westlake Village has just launched Lifework Catalyst, a coaching business helping individuals find unique lifework.

Lifework Catalyst is a coaching/consulting practice focused on helping individuals identify their strengths, talents and experience, and find a business need they can address to create their own unique lifework.

Gallant also works with entrepreneurs who have a business idea to get it off the ground with a sound concept, marketing and business plan.

Gallant, who moved to the Conejo Valley two years ago from New York City, is an active volunteer at Westlake Elementary School and a Girl Scout leader. She’s been working with small businesses on strategy projects and business launches.
