Orientation scheduled for Interface volunteers

Interface Children Family Services is having an orientation on Tues., Feb. 10 at 5:30 p.m. at 1305 Del Norte Road in Camarillo to introduce prospective volunteers to the challenging opportunities available at Interface.

Volunteers are needed to assist in providing the following:

Information and referral, outreach crisis counseling intervention to runaway and troubled youth and their families and to battered women and their children, youth mentoring, mediation services, and training for families and schools.

Interface volunteers are also needed to work with abused children as office assistants and in other positions.
