Creative Options: A Day for Women coming to Cal Lutheran

The 25th annual Creative Options: A Day for Women is scheduled for Sat., March 6 at California Lutheran University (CLU) in Thousand Oaks. The conference is presented annually by the CLU Women’s Resource Center and the Thousand Oaks branch of the American Association of University Women.

Cathleen Rountree will be keynote speaker during the event, which will offer more than 70 workshops highlighting women’s issues and concerns and more than 40 community organizations displaying their resources.

Rountree is a noted writer, film analyst and scholar, visual artist, photographer and cultural mythologist whose articles are regularly published in national magazines and academic journals.

Motivational speaker and author Sheryl Roush will close the afternoon workshops with the topic "Attitude Is Everything!"
