Her husband was in the picture, too

Today I opened The Acorn to see that my vacation photo was selected as an honorable mention in the "Take Your Acorn on Vacation" contest. The caption reads, "We're not sure who's on her left, but that's Hilary Matthew on the right. . . ." The man on my left is my husband, Jon. He was accidentally given credit for taking the photograph. My daughter Kimberly was the photographer. After years of making my children pose for Acorn shots, they insisted that this year we stand with The Acorn.
