Equestrians were like family during the fires Equestrians were like family during the fires The Agoura Woodland Hills Pony Club would like to thank our neighbors in Old Agoura, Liberty Canyon and Malibu for kindly taking in our horses during the Simi Valley fire evacuation. Although it wasn’t an ordered evacuation, we chose to do so to be on the safe side. Nearby barns, trainers and generous neighbors stepped forward and offered their facilities.
