Agoura Hills Damages to a business window, to a glass tabletop and to a wall were $3,200 and two laptop computers valued at $5,000 were stolen after a break-in at 1:34 a.m. Oct. 24 (when a burglar alarm went off) in the 5100 block of Clareton. Burglar(s) threw a rock through the window to get inside. A window was removed at a business office in the 28200 block of Agoura Road between Oct. 15 and 24 and a collection of action figures was stolen (a loss of $1,410). Restroom keys were also stolen. A car was keyed ($500 damage) in front of a Liberty Canyon Road townhome complex the night of Oct. 28 Calabasas The loot (a digital camera, a Gucci purse, cash and credit cards) was valued at $860 and a vehicle window had $200 damage after a break-in in the 23000 block of Hummingbird Way between 10 p.m. Oct. 28 and 5 a.m. Oct. 29. A deputy was responding to a report of an object thrown at a vehicle at 8:04 p.m. Oct. 29 on Las Virgenes Road, a quarter mile north of Lost Hills Road, when his car was hit by an egg that was thrown from a large green four-door automobile. Authorities were unable to locate the suspect vehicle and the Ford Crown Victoria had $250 damage from chipped paint. A briefcase, money drawer and coins totaling a loss of $190 were stolen after a business door had been forced open between midnight and 7 a.m. Oct. 24 in the 23500 block of Calabasas Road. An unlocked vehicle in an unsecured or open garage provided access and sunglasses, binoculars, a Swiss Army knife and coins were stolen. The $166 loss occurred the night of Oct. 21 on Paul Revere. Westlake/T.O. At 9 p.m. Oct. 27 in the 2700 block of Agoura Road, someone attempted to steal something by using force. The suspect was later arrested. |
