Won’t vote for Kuperberg Won’t vote for Kuperberg I am outraged that an elected city councilman in Agoura Hills would file a lawsuit against his own residents to keep them from qualifying an initiative for the ballot which they have a legal right to do. Dan Kuperberg filed this suit which caused ordinary citizens to defend it and spend thousands of dollars unnecessarily. I know we recalled Gray Davis.
