Kids invited to make masks

Kids are invited to get a headstart on Halloween by attending a mask making workshop from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sun., Oct. 26 at the Kids’ Adventure Garden at the Conejo Valley Botanic Garden, 350 Gainsborough Road, Thousand Oaks. The ongoing workshop will be open to ages 4 through 11 and all supplies will be provided.

The cost of the class is $4. At the Kids’ Adventure Garden, children have an opportunity to learn about nature and gardening. It features a tree house, dinosaur garden, zoo garden and pollinator gardens. Docents are available.
