Westlake H.S. to celebrate excellence

The Westlake High School community will celebrate its "25th Anniversary of Academic Excellence and Warrior Spirit" beginning with a barbecue in the quad at 5 p.m. Fri., Oct. 17 on the campus at 100 N. Lakeview Canyon Road, Westlake Village.

There will be an audiovisual "trip down a 25-year memory lane" followed by the homecoming football game against Calabasas.

The high school extends an invitation to all alumni, current and past certificated or classified staff members, parents and volunteers. The "memory lane" presentation committee would love to hear favorite stories, memories or have a photo to share, and encourage those interested in participating to visit their Internet Website at conejo.k12.ca.us/westlake or call the school.

If reservations are made by tomorrow, Fri., Oct. 10, tickets are $15; after Oct. 10, tickets will be $20. Admission to the game is included. Only a limited number of tickets will be available at the door.
