Free folk festival in Encino on Sunday
     A free Folk Music Festival will be presented from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sun., Oct. 12 by the California Traditional Music Society surrounding their Center for Folk Music at Encino/Genesta Park, 16953 Ventura Blvd., Encino, one block west of Balboa Blvd.
