Agoura Hills Two 12-gauge shotguns and shooting accessories, a camera and a gift certificate were stolen from an SUV between Sept. 13 and 15 on Laro Drive. The victim had left the windows slightly cracked open and the loss was $5,815. A Honda Civic had $300 damage and an in-dash stereo and music CDs were stolen ($850 loss) on Timberlane Street between 7 p.m. Sept. 14 and 2:30 a.m. Sept. 15. A computer valued at $1,000 was stolen from a business office in the 30300 block of Canwood Street between Sept. 19 and 22. No signs of forced entry were observed. A wallet and cash were stolen ($800 loss) from an unlocked vehicle in the 5800 block of Kanan Road the night of Sept. 8. Tools were stolen the afternoon of Aug. 27 in the 5300 block of Derry Avenue (a loss of $638). The items had been left unattended for 15 minutes beside a car. A PT Cruiser was broken into ($75 damage) and a wallet and cash were stolen ($45 loss) the night of Sept. 13 on Edinburgh Court. The loss was $400 after a BMW was damaged and a portfolio stolen around 5 a.m. Sept. 14 (also on Edinburgh Court). The loss was $500 after a woman’s purse and its contents were stolen from a restaurant/bar in the 29000 block of Agoura Road between 10 p.m. and midnight Sept. 12. Between 5 p.m. Sept. 10 and 7:50 a.m. Sept. 11 on Aquarius Avenue, an SUV was broken into ($100 damage). Valuables worth $395 were stolen (an in-dash stereo, wallet, purse, gift cards, cash and prescription medicine). Somebody threw a rock through the window of a store in the 28600 block of Canwood Street between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 18. The damage was $450. The damages were $300 after a sidewalk, driveway and rock wall were targeted with graffiti the night of Sept. 12 on Rainbow Crest Drive. The vandalism looked to be the work of juvenile males, according to police. The damage was $200 after mustard was sprayed on a vehicle on Sept. 12 in the 5600 block of Forest Cove Lane. After a burglar alarm went off around 12:01 a.m. Sept. 13, a business window was found damaged ($300 loss) in the 26700 block of Agoura Road. A white male, 18-20 (5-4 or 5-5, 170-180) with blond hair and hazel eyes stole a donation jar from a drugstore in the 5700 block of Kanan Road at 9:20 p.m. Sept. 6. The suspect took the money (about $40) to a Jeep (driven by another white male, 18-20) and they departed. Calabasas Someone used a blow torch to get into a storage bin ($1,000 damage). Power tools were stolen and two padlocks were damaged (a loss of $3,710). The burglary occurred in the 2000 block of Dephine Lane between Sept. 13 and 15. Car stereo equipment valued at $1,900 was stolen and a car’s wing window had $100 damage after a vehicle burglary on Sept. 10 or 11 on Ceanothus Place. A vehicle was keyed ($1,000 damage) in the 4700 block of Commons Way between 4 and 7 p.m. Sept. 16. The suspect left a note that said, "The next time you take two spaces, we tow your car," or words to that effect. While the victim was shopping at a grocery store in the 4700 block of Commons Way between 4:05 and 4:20 p.m. Sept. 24, her wallet and cash were stolen from a shopping cart. The loss was $700. An SUV had $300 damage after a window was smashed the night of Sept. 23 in the 5800 block of Las Virgenes Road. A black male (5-10 to 6-0, 230), 27-35, pulled a quick change transaction and took off with $90 cash at 4:12 p.m. Sept. 19. The scam took place at a business in the 23600 block of Calabasas Road. Oak Park Someone entered a bedroom of a home through a sliding glass door and stole a rifle between 8 and 9 p.m. Sept. 24 in the 600 block of Oak Run Trail. The loss was $90. Westlake/T.O. Between 7 p.m. Sept. 23 and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 24 on Watergate Road near La Venta Drive, someone stole a checkbook from a locked vehicle and caused $200 in damages during the break in. At 11:15 p.m. Sept. 25 in the 900 block of Westlake Boulevard, someone was arrested for possession of a controlled substance Westlake Village A possible suspect was named after $4,635 worth of items were stolen from a store in the 32100 block of Lindero Canyon Road between Sept. 18 and 21. There was no evidence of forced entry. Burglar(s) threw a rock through a business window the night of Sept. 16 in the 31300 block of Oakcrest and stole a video camera and tripod. Total loss: $3,200. A brick was thrown through a business window at 1:19 a.m. Sept. 24 and a laptop computer was stolen ($2,000 loss) in the 31100 block of Via Colinas. A laptop computer was stolen ($450 loss) from a classroom at Oaks Christian school on Sept. 14 or 15.
