Girl injured in school bus rollover
MICHAEL COONS/The Acorn COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE-California Highway Patrol Officer L. Ray inspects the inside of a Laidlaw school bus after it overturned while exiting the southbound 101 Freeway at Westlake Boulevard on Monday. The driver, who sustained minor injuries and a 7-year-old passenger who was uninjured were both taken to Los Robles Medical Center in Thousand Oaks. CHP officials said a bee in the bus distracted the driver and probably caused the accident. The collision shut down the southbound off-ramp for 90 minutes, causing traffic delays.
