Thousand Oaks businessmen to be honored at ‘40 Under Forty’ event

Three Thousand Oaks businessmen will be among those honored as the Pacific Coast Business Times hosts its third annual 40 Under Forty Awards dinner from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 9 at the Topa Tower Club, 300 Esplanade Drive, 21st floor, Oxnard. The dinner is being held in conjunction with the publication of their third annual 40 Under Forty special report, which contains biographies and facts about the 40 honorees.

The local honorees are James T. Friedl, Jr., city of Thousand Oaks; Jeffrey M. Harris, Docufide, Inc.; and Michael McMaster, Wilshire Home Entertainment.

John Anderson will be the keynote speaker. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a law degree from Loyola Marymount University and is the owner of the Topa Financial Plaza.

The dinner honors 40 up-and-coming businessmen and women under age 40 from Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. The recipients of this award have been nominated by their peers and demonstrated leadership in their respective fields.
