Shea Homes coming to Westlake Village

Shea Homes, one of the nation’s largest privately held homebuilders, has leased 13,948 square feet of office space at Westlake North Business Park in Westlake Village for its Conejo Valley/Ventura County headquarters, according to Investment Development Services, Inc. (IDS).

David Saeta, a principal of IDS overseeing the campus-like, 18-acre business park, said Shea Homes schedules a November occupancy of its new headquarters that will be located at 30699 Russell Ranch Road.

Saeta reports that the Shea Homes lease brings occupancy at the 336,219 square-foot, three-building office park to 95 percent, with just 18,103 square feet of space remaining available. Homestore occupies Building I, while State Farm recently initiated occupancy of Building II. Westlake North Business Park is located just north of the 101 Freeway off the Lindero Canyon Road exit.
