Buckin’ broncos to learn bike safety skills

The city of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services will host the 14th annual Bike Rodeo for ages 6 to 14 from 10 a.m. to 1:40 p.m. Sat., Oct. 4 on the playground area of Yerba Buena Elementary School, 5844 Larboard Lane, Agoura Hills. The event is designed to make sure that a child’s bicycle is properly fitted and maintained, will test a child’s ability to operate a bike safely and will make certain that a child’s helmet is filled properly.

Free registration will be available on site. The event will also feature a free raffle for bicycle items and at 1:40 p.m. "Perfection on Wheels" will present a BMX bike demonstration. Food will be available for purchase beginning at 10 a.m.
