Rabbi inscribes Torah for Westlake Chabad  PENMANSHIP-Rabbi Dovid Mishulovin inscribes the last letters into a new Torah for the Chabad of Westlake that was commissioned by David and Debra Levine as a tribute for Debra's parents, Samuel and Shirley Neustadt, during a ceremony at the Village Homes clubhouse in Westlake Village on Sunday.
