Local woman becomes chartered financial consultant

Vicki Eagleson Arndt, principal and founder of Westlake Village-based Eagleson Arndt Financial Advisors and a registered investment advisor specializing in fee-based financial planning and asset management, has earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) professional designation from the American College, Bryn Mawr, Penn.

Candidates for the ChFC designation must complete a minimum of eight courses and 16 hours of supervised examinations. They must also fulfill stringent experience and ethics requirements.

Arndt earned her master’s of business administration degree from California Lutheran University in 1992. She serves on the boards of directors for the CLU Educational Foundation, Thousand Oaks Rotary and Community Leaders Association.
