United Methodist takes a look at spiritual eyesight

"Farsighted or Nearsighted" is the title of Dr. Gary Alan Dickey’s message during the 8, 9 and 10:30 a.m. worship services on Sun., Sept. 7 at United Methodist Church, 1049 Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village. The 8 a.m. service is casual and meets in Alton Hall. The Chancel Choir, Celebration Singers and Covenant Ringers will participate at the 9 and 10:30 a.m. services.

The overall theme for this week’s fall kickoff is "Fulfilling Our Focus: Invited, Involve, Grow and Share." Following each service, there will be displays on the patio to provide information about the various programs offered by the church.

Sunday School classes for all ages meet at 9 a.m. Care for infants and young children is provided at 9 and 10:30 a.m.
