Local man gets married

Marisa Dawn Lemmon and Dr. Jonathan David Grossman

Dr. Jonathan David Grossman, son of Susan and Mark Grossman, 20-year residents of Agoura Hills, was married to Marisa Dawn Lemmon, daughter of Erika and Dale Lemmon of Laguna Beach, on Sun., June 22 at the Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel. Rabbi Shimon Paskow officiated.

The groom, a graduate of Agoura High School and UCSD, graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine on June 16 at Lincoln Center in New York City. He has begun his residency in internal medicine at the Atlantic City Medical Center in Atlantic City, N.J.

Next year the couple will move to Minnesota, where Grossman will be continuing his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota Medical School in Minneapolis.

The bride received her master’s in education and her teaching credential from Pepperdine University in July and will be teaching pre-school in New Jersey. The groom has two sisters, Jennifer Dara Grossman Hunt, a third-grade teacher, and Jaclyn Dyan Grossman, a third-year law student at USC in Los Angeles.
