TO: Interested Parties FROM: City of Calabasas Planning Commission NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF CALABASAS PLANNING COMMISSION TO: Interested Parties FROM: City of Calabasas Planning Commission Pursuant to law, the City Planning Commission hereby gives nitice that a public hearing will be held to consider whither or not the project described below should be approved. Application: Conditional Use Permit No. 00-012, and the Development Agreement REQUEST: The proposed project involves the demolition and replacement of approximately 64,000 square feet of existing building area and the new construction of approximately 32,500 square feet of additional building area for an existing 25-acre school site. The project includes improvements to an existing athletic field to permit high school regulation football games with bleacher seating. The request requires a Variance to exceed the 35-foot building height limit and the 6-foot retaining wall height limit. The project includes an Oak Tree Permit for the removal of 64 oak trees and encroachment into the protected zone of 129 oak trees. A Devlopment Agreement for the project will also be considered. In light of the foregoing, all interested members of the public are encouraged to voice their concerns regarding the above matter either in person, at the hearing, or in writing through correspondence addressed to the City of Calabasas Planning Commission and submitted to the Planning Commission at or prior to the date of the above Public Hearing.
