Sheep fencing valued at $150 was damaged after vandalism in the 29300 block of Craggs Drive. The victim said similar incidents have been an ongoing problem.

Agoura Hills

The glass door to a business in the 5300 block of Derry Avenue had $200 damage and computer equipment and a phone were stolen ($470 loss). The break-in occurred the night of June 12. The next night at the same location, the total loss was $13,700 after another business was similarly burglarized and computer equipment was also stolen.

A clock valued at $1,980 was stolen from a hotel in the 30100 block of Agoura Road between 4:35 and 4:40 p.m. June 15. Although no specific suspect was named, a former employee was the likely perpetrator.

The window of a Honda Civic was recently damaged on Country Glen Road and women’s sunglasses and a pair of binoculars were stolen ($620 total loss).

While the victims were dancing in a nightclub, their purses and jackets were stolen in the 28900 block of Agoura Road around 12:05 a.m. June 13. The items were valued at $300.

Between midnight and 7 a.m. June 13, 15 patches of sod were stolen from a front lawn on United Drive.

Calabasas

Burglar(s) entered a Vicasa Drive home between 8:40 and 9:45 p.m. June 15 by breaking through a bedroom window ($1,000 damage). Jewelry and cash were stolen (a loss of $5,900).

No signs of forcible entry were observed after a laptop computer valued at $3702 was stolen from a business in the 24000 block of Park Sorrento on June 16 or 17.

The padlock to a storage facility had $20 damage and lawn care equipment worth $1,510 was stolen the night of April 16. The incident was only recently reported because the company had conducted its own internal investigation to determine if an employee was involved.

The damage was $1,500 after an Acura Integra was keyed in the 4700 block of Commons Way around 6 p.m. June 14.

Hidden Hills

The loss was $650 after a bicycle and cell phone were stolen from the open garage of a Hilltop Road home between 5:30 p.m. June 11 and 7:30 a.m. June 12.

Oak Park

Someone stole a suitcase and some cash that totaled a $600 loss from a vehicle between 11:30 p.m. June 19 and 4:30 p.m. June 20 on Tamarind Street.

Westlake/T.O.

Between 7 p.m. June 17 and 8 p.m. June 18 in the 2900 block of Salmon River Circle, the loss was $3,000 and the damages were $150 after a laptop computer and a business check register were stolen from a locked vehicle.

A laptop computer and its case, sunglasses and a cell phone charger that totaled $3,144 in losses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 9:30 p.m. June 17 and 7:53 a.m. June 18 in the 3900 block of Cresthaven Drive.

Between 9:50 a.m. and 6:20 p.m. June 18 in the 600 block of Via Colinas, someone broke into a home, causing an unknown amount of damage and stole $2,050 worth of valuables, including cash, credit cards and other items.

Westlake Village

A barbecue grill valued at $3,800 was stolen from a storage area at a church in the 32100 block of Watergate Road on June 14 or 15. A padlock was cut to gain entry.

While the victim’s car was being washed between 11 a.m. and noon May 17 in the 30900 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard, a jewelry box and ring were stolen from the glove box (a loss of $1,870).

A vandal with a pellet gun caused $430 damage to a bedroom window on Barrett Drive between June 8 and 13. The victim also reported that his vehicle had been previously egged and a mailbox damaged, but he hadn’t reported those incidents. He didn’t know of anyone, the victim said, who was quarreling with him or his family.

A handbag was stolen from an unlocked vehicle between 7:50 and 8:30 p.m. June 14 in the 5700 block of Lindero Canyon Road.
