Make plans for fireworks spectacular in Calabasas

Tickets for the July Fourth Fireworks Spectacular sponsored by the city of Calabasas will go on sale next Mon., June 2.

No on-site ticket sales will be available for the event, staged from 5 to 9:30 p.m. Fri., July 4 at Calabasas High School, 22855 W. Mulholland Highway, Calabasas.

The family event will feature live music from Midnight Train and a "cutting edge performance" by Mad Chad, the Extreme Juggler.

Immediately following the festivities, the city will kick off a fireworks display rated "spectacular" by those who’ve seen it before.

The city asks that attendees not bring bottles or pets to the event.

Tickets are $7 (children under age 2 admitted free) and will be on sale at the following locations: Calabasas City Hall, Calabasas Tennis and Swim Center, Calabasas Chamber of Commerce, De Anza Park and Creekside Park.
