NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

THE CITY OF AGOURA HILLS HAS SCHEDULED A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN APPEAL THAT HAS BEEN FILED. THE REVIEWING BODY WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED IN ANY THOUGHTS YOU MAY HAVE RELATIVE TO THIS MATTER, EITHER DURING THE HEARING OR IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE HEARING.

REQUEST: Request for the City Council to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision on the conditions of approval of Site Plan/Architectural Review No. 02-SPR-009 and Sign Permit No. 02-SP-012 and the denial of Conditional Use Permit No. 03-CUP-009, Variance No. 03-VAR-003 and Sign Permit No. 03-SP-017. The approved Site Pan/Architectural and Sign Permit are relative to a remodel of an existing service station. The denial of Conditional Use Permit is relative to mini-mart and the denial of the Variance and Sign Permit is relative to a reduction in setback for a monument sign and to allow the monument sign to be internally illuminated.
