Vote for Groveman

I am pleased to write a wholly positive letter in support of Barry Groveman’s candidacy for the Calabasas City Council. I will sum up in one word the quality in candidate Groveman’s character that most persuades me to support him: courage. Groveman demonstrated extraordinary courage when he challenged a host of powerful interests in his successful effort to put a stop to the Belmont School calamity. We need this sort of courage, not to mention legal and political street smarts, on the Calabasas City Council.

I urge my fellow citizens to note that a vote in favor of one candidate does not necessarily constitute a rejection of another in an open race of multiple candidates and that a vote for Barry Groveman will be a vote for the city of Calabasas.
