Women to hear about the challenges for Israel Women to hear about the challenges for Israel "Light Up Your Mind, Body and Soul" is the theme of the fifth annual Women’s Community Conference sponsored by Hadassah Southern California Northern Area Groups from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sun., March 2 at Stephen S. Wise Temple, 15500 Stephen S. Wise Drive, Los Angeles. Keynote speakers include Zvi Vapni, Deputy Consul General of Israel discussing "Behind the Media Deluge—Six Things You Need to Know About Israel" and Barbara Sofer, Hadassah director of public relations in Israel whose topic will be "Inside Israel: the challenges of Living in Israel."
