THE CITY OF AGOURA HILLS HAS SCHEDULED A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN APPLICATION THAT HAS BEEN FILED. THE REVIEWING BODY WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED IN ANY THOUGHTS YOU MAY HAVE RELATIVE TO THIS MATTER, EITHER DURING THE HEARING OR IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE HEARING.

REQUEST: Request for to amend Chapter 1 of Article VIII of the Municipal Code and to add Chapter 6 to Article V of the Minicipal Code regarding maintenance requirements for substandard buildings, structures and property, and request to add Section 9605.10 to Division 5 of Chapter 6 of Article IX if the Municipal Code regarding placement of oversized vehicles on residential properties.
