Chaparral to have fundraiser

Tickets are on sale for Chaparral Elementary School’s annual auction and casino fundraiser, "Rock and Roll the Dice." Chaparral is at 22601 Liberty Bell Road, Calabasas.

This year’s "grownups only" event will run from 7 to 11:30 p.m. Sat., March 8 at the Bell Canyon Social Hall, 30 Hackamore Lane, Bell Canyon. Advance reservations cost $60 if purchased before Sat., March 1; cost thereafter is $75.

The event features a "cruise" theme with parents serving as crew members in an evening that raises money for the school’s computer, library, music and art programs. There will be a number of silent auction and raffle prizes available.
