Groveman will be a reformer

I am writing this letter as I feel very strongly about personally endorsing Barry Groveman for Calabasas City Council. I was fortunate enough to hear Groveman, a family man with a long history in public service, articulately speak on his opposition of the repeal of the utility tax back in early fall, 2002. I turned to my neighbor and said, "This is someone we need on our city council!" Was I ecstatic when he formally announced his interest in running.

I believe strongly in Groveman’s desire to reform our current city council leadership.

The current city council is in a crisis with a lack of professionalism due to its many interpersonal feuds. Groveman is the man to help put it back on the right track. He has clear objectives that are also goals of mine, including his vision of protecting the environment, continuing to keep crime low, and his concerns regarding traffic management. In addition, he is fiscally conservative and will fight to eliminate wasteful spending.

March elections are historically low in attendance. Help make this a banner year by making sure to vote this March 4 for Barry Groveman.
