Find out if your teen is road ready

One of the most important community events of the year is coming Wed., Feb. 26 to the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza––a program about safe driving could help keep your teen alive.

The third annual "Is Your Teen Road Ready?" program at the Scherr Forum Theatre is designed to educate teen drivers and their parents about the realities of operating a vehicle on today’s busy streets.

Produced by the Agoura High School Peer Counseling Program, the 7 p.m. event will include speakers from the insurance, legal and law enforcement communities and cover topics such as licensing, traffic laws and driving under the influence.

Admission is free and teen drivers and their parents from all local high schools are invited to attend.
