History books go on sale

Longtime Westlake Village resident and former Mayor Pro Tem James B. Henderson has completed a book, "The City of Westlake Village: A History," commissioned by the Westlake Village City Council. Henderson interviewed many other longtime residents as well as local business people for the book. All proceeds from the sale of the book will benefit the Westlake Village Foundation.

The public is invited to join Henderson and present city council members at a special reception and book signing ceremony for this limited edition book from 6 to 7 p.m. Wed., Feb. 5 in the James B. Henderson Fireside Room at City Hall, 31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village.
