Popular Form of Yoga Makes Debut in Conejo/Las Virgenes Clara Chan has brought Bikram Yoga to the Conejo Valley and Malibu area. Bikram Yoga is a challenging workout that improves physical strength, flexibility and balance while enhancing mental clarity and focus. The practice is a sequence of 26 postures, including two breathing exercises performed in a heated room. According to Chan, "Bikram yoga balances the body, mind and spirit from the inside out.
