The loss was $2,500 after leather bags and haircutting scissors were stolen from a restroom at a business in the 28200 block of Agoura Road the afternoon of Dec. 2.

The window of a business was targeted with a rock, and computer equipment and coins were stolen on Nov. 30 or Dec. 1 in the 29500 block of Canwood Street. Total loss: $2,410.

A garage on Lake Lindero Drive may have been left open between Nov. 29 and Dec. 2 when a surfboard and wetsuit were stolen (a loss of $360).

The damage was $300 after a vehicle window was smashed in a Patrick Henry Place driveway the night of Nov. 27.

A propane barbecue grill valued at $150 was stolen from outside the front door of a dwelling in the 5300 block of Colodny Drive between Nov. 23 and 28.

Calabasas

The window pane of a business in the 4700 block of Commons Way was shattered and cash was stolen between Nov. 27 and 29. Total loss: $375.

A vehicle was driven aggressively on a Cordillera Drive front lawn (causing $200 in vandalism damage) during daytime on Nov. 27.

A purse was stolen, but later found (missing a credit card and $3 cash). The theft occurred between 6:30 and 6:35 p.m. Dec. 2 in the 5300 block of Las Virgenes Road when the handbag was left inside an unlocked car. A white male, 16, (6-0, 160) is a possible suspect.

Oak Park

At 1 a.m. Dec. 4 in the 700 block of Oak Branch Drive, a $375 camcorder was stolen from the top of a vehicle.

Westlake/T.O.

Between 5 p.m. Dec. 4 and 8:15 a.m. Dec. 5 in the 1600 block of Mesa Ridge Avenue, scratches on a vehicle caused an estimated $3,000 in damages.

A computer, a keyboard and a computer mouse were stolen between 5 p.m. Dec. 5 and 8:50 a.m. Dec. 6 in the 2800 block of Townsgate Road. The loss was estimated at $2,161.23.

At 11 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 900 block of W. Creek Lane, an attempted burglary caused $1,000 damages to a vehicle.

Between 5 and 6 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 2300 block of Townsgate Road, DVDs and a videotape were stolen (a loss of $446).

A wallet with a driver’s license and credit cards was stolen between 8:30 a.m. Dec. 5 and 12:20 p.m. Dec. 6 in the 2500 block of Townsgate Road. The total loss was $120.

Westlake Village

Three businesses were targeted in break-ins the night of Nov. 29 in the 30800 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard. In the first incident, a rock was thrown through a window, causing $150 damage. In the second incident, there was $2,840 in vandalism damages after a window was smashed, carpeting was burnt by cigarette butts and a flower vase was broken. In the third incident, there were $300 damages to a window and door.

Skateboarders or bicyclists may have been responsible after a wrought iron fence had $600 in vandalism damage in the 31800 block of Village Center Drive on Nov. 29 or 30. "It appears as if the fence was removed so that skateboarders or bicyclists could jump from the steps as evidenced by wheel skid marks," said the incident report.

A decorative mailbox on Foxfield had $350 damage after vandalism between Nov. 23 and 30.

A door had $300 damage after the attempted break-in of a business at 11:15 p.m. Dec. 1 in the 4600 block of Lakeview Canyon Road. Three white male juveniles, 12-13, were observed riding bicycles through a parking lot shortly after a burglar alarm activated.

A door to a restaurant/bar in the 31900 block of Agoura Road had $200 damage after a burglary at 2:05 a.m. Dec. 2. It appeared as if the suspect(s) had planned on either stealing beer or drinking it at the location.

Twenty-five decorative blocks were stolen ($125 loss) from a landscaping wall on Three Springs Drive be4tween Nov. 25 and 28.
