Soteras appointed to new

United Chambers of Commerce post

The United Chambers of Commerce has appointed Alex Soteras director of the North West Area Chambers of Commerce. Soteras, who’s president of the Agoura/Oak Park/Las Virgenes Chambers will oversee the Encino, Woodland Hills, Calabasas and Agoura chambers.

"Alex has shown great leadership in turning around the Agoura Chamber and is a great choice to rejuvenate the other chambers in the area," said Bill Powers, chairman of the United Chambers of Commerce.

The United Chambers has more than 25 chambers as members and 8,000 members in their organization.

Soteras also serves on the board of the Wellness Community and on the corporate board of the YMCA.
