Called to the Torah The following youth were called to the Torah at Temple Adat Elohim of Thousand Oaks, the Reform temple of the Conejo Valley. Agoura Hills: Kyle Micah Fradkin, son of Gary and Reggie Fradkin, became a Bar Mitzvah on July 20. Rabbi Alan Greenbaum officiated the service. Kyle is a student at Lindero Canyon Middle School (LCMS) where he is in the GATE program, on the honor roll and plays trombone in the LCMS Cougar Band and Jazz Band. Oak Park: Robert Aaron Lamm, son of David and Donna Lamm, became a Bar Mitzvah on July 20. Rabbi Alan Greenbaum officiated the service. Robert is a straight A student at Medea Creek Middle School. Michelle Helene Roll, daughter of Alan Roll and Marie Panec, became a Bat Mitzvah on July 27. Rabbi Alan Greenbaum and Cantor Peter Halpern officiated the service. She’s an honor student at Medea Creek Middle School. Hannah Doran Schneider, daughter of Sascha and Lauren Schneider, became a Bat Mitzvah on July 13. Rabbi Rebecca Dubowe officiated the service. Hannah is an honor student at Medea Creek Middle School. Westlake Village: Julia Beth Weiss, daughter of Jonathan and Jody Weiss, became a Bat Mitzvah on July 27. Rabbi Alan Greenbaum and Cantor Peter Halpern officiated the service. She’s an eighth grader at Colina Middle School. |
