Doesn’t agree with speed trap letter Doesn’t agree with speed trap letter In his Aug. 29 letter on traffic control, Ken Handler is dead wrong. Thank God for traffic enforcement on Kanan Road. I have worked at Savon Drugs for 10 years and have seen many accidents. There is a lot of foot traffic, students, workers who ride buses, bikes and elderly people. The speed limit needs to stay at 35 mph and fines should be doubled. I frequently see motorists going 50 to 60 mph and slam on their brakes when they see the deputy with his radar gun.
