Agoura Hills

A van window was shattered ($500 damage) on Capricorn Way between 12:15 and 9:30 a.m. Aug. 23 and a purse, wallet, cash, a briefcase and a Palm Pilot were stolen. The loot was valued at $2,000.

The fender of a Toyota Camry had $800 damage on Colodny Drive after it was kicked the night of Aug. 20.

Calabasas

Four credit cards were stolen from a vehicle in the 4500 block of Park Entrada the afternoon of Aug. 20.

Westlake Village

Between midnight and 8 a.m. Aug. 20, damage to a vehicle was $640 and eyewear, a CD case, compact discs and an in-dash stereo were stolen ($870 loss). Two males in a metallic grey Honda might be possible suspects. Both had shaved heads and one was described as Hispanic, the other Asian. The burglary occurred on Wolsey Court.

A floor buffer was stolen ($800 loss) from a shop in the 31100 block of Via Colinas on Aug. 15 or 16. No signs of forced entry were observed and only employees had access to the location.

The driver’s side window to a Mustang was shattered ($250 damage) and a purse and cash were stolen ($142 additional loss). The theft occurred in a supermarket parking lot in the 5700 block of Lindero Canyon Road the afternoon of Aug. 20.

An in-dash stereo valued at $200 was stolen from a Honda Civic on Guildhall Court on Aug. 20 or 21. The victim had locked the car, but left the front windows open about an inch.

An undetermined amount of mail was taken from a Bowman Knoll residential mailbox on Aug. 21. The victim found the box open and said her mail had been stolen about six times in the last three months.
